Quarterly Website Maintenance Packages

We have had many clients request website maintenance packages. We are pleased to offer four different quarterly maintenance packages. There are numerous benefits to maintenance packages:

• Maintenance packages are great way to make sure that your website remains fresh, up to date and so it does not become stale and outdated.
• Whenever you have an update, you can send it without worrying what it might cost, because we will give you a call before exceeding your maintenance package, so you can decide if you want to have the work or not.
• After 3 consecutive quarters of maintenance packages, in your fourth quarter, you will receive a reduced price for the maintenance package. This price reduction will be 10 percent of the sum of the prior three quarter's packages. This allows you the flexibility to change your maintenance package up or down on a quarterly basis as necessary, and still get a discount on the maintenance.
• As you will notice, the maintenance packages include reminders for updates, and ideas for updates if needed.
• Time can be used at any time during the quarter.
• Although time doesn't carry over from quarter to quarter, we will give you a call before the end of the quarter to let you know if you have time remaining - and we can even give you ideas to improve your site, based on the time you have remaining.
• Our Search Engine Optimization specialists recommend an hour a month on search engine optimization to ensure your website gets fully utilized and is easy for your customers to find when doing online searches.
• You get to choose whether you want your website to be cutting edge or whether it needs rejuvenating, minor assistance or a few quick fixes during the upcoming quarter.
